It all kicks off Oct. 2 & 3 with special guest speaker, David Barton, founder and president of WallBuilders.

 

David Barton  will speak in all our worship services Saturday and Sunday, October 2 & 3 and in a special session Sunday night, October 3 (5:00pm) at Woodland-The Community Church in Bradenton, Florida.  David is a nationally known expert on uncovering America's godly heritage and the faith of our founding fathers.  It's truly amazing how much their faith influenced the founding of the United States--yet it has been revised out of our history the past 40 years!

 

Then Tim's 4-sermon series, NATION, will align for 4 weeks with the Life Group (small group) studies.  We encourage everyone to come to worship and find a Life Group (click here for Group info) for NATION.   This is your chance to "test drive" a Life Group for four weeks.

 

Life Groups will be using a DVD driven study by Chuck Colson called Politics and the Christian Faith.  It takes a non-political look at the question of should (and how) a Christian be involved in the public life of their nation, particularly our unique American system of democracy.  We encourage everyone, members, attenders and guests to get into a Life Group for those four weeks!
