Step out, make an impact!

Thank you to Luke Schroeder and his team for funding, planning, and implementing his Eagle Scout project here at Woodland. Thank you to Charles Rose, who supported Luke through encouragement and leadership direction. Thank you also to Colin Galloway, our Park Beautification Team Champion, for working with Luke over the last 6 months to make this dream a reality.

When you have the chance, please go out back and enjoy the view and butterflies. Terrific prayer spot.

Urgent Volunteer Needs

E-Waste Event

Volunteers needed to welcome our neighbors onto campus on November 7 as we dispose of their e-waste and offer them hospitality and prayer, and invite them back to learn more about Woodland. Ghana Mission Team Commissioning

November 15 during services

Our team will be traveling to Ghana November 17-23.  Please be in prayer for them and those they will reach for the Kingdom.

Operation Christmas Child

Box pick up: November 1
Box Drop off: November 15

We are excited to have set a goal of 400 boxes to be filled by our Woodland Campus.  Boxes will be available in ALL lobbies (Preschool, Treehouse, Worship and Middle School) beginning November 1. Please have them back before we pray over them November 15.

2027 Mission events to be announced in November

We are prayerfully considering where the Lord is calling Woodland Community Church to serve in 2027. Please join us as we pray for all of the mission groups that served in 2026, that those persons continue to serve our community out of the fire ignited in Costa Rica and Navajo.  Pray for the missionaries in those areas who are growing their communities for the Kingdom, as well as for every mission trip ever taken (Miami, Cuba, Honduras, Haiti, Kenya, and more). We pray that the seeds Woodland Community Church has planted historically and globally,  continue to be watered and grow!

Prayer

Lord, we come to you with expectant hearts. We ask you to go before our Ghana Team. Prepare the hearts of the pastors who will receive biblical leadership training from our team. Bless our team as they go to remote areas of Ghana sharing the Gospel and encouraging everyone they encounter with medical support. We know you have a perfect plan to use them in mighty ways. Keep everyone safe and healthy and bring them back to fuel the fire here at Woodland. Amen

Stacy and her husband Scott moved to Florida from the mid-west in 1997. They have 5 children and began attending Woodland in 2008.  They serve Woodland in various ministries including the Homeless Ministries, Woodland Fine Arts Academy, Students, Kids, Prayer Group, Adult Small Groups and Parenting Groups.

Stacy has a great love for the local church and its people. She is dedicated to helping people find purpose and community within Woodland, and is excited about our Impact Team Volunteers. Stacy coordinates teams all over the campus and organizing where people serve.
