We are in need of Door holders (6-8 people ) and Parking Team (10 people ideal). If options are still visible below we are still in need of volunteers.

We are in need of Doorholders (6-8) and Parking Team (10 ideal). We ask that you arrive 1 hour before the service you are serving at (8am for the 9 o'clock and 10am for the 11 o'clock). If the serving jobs are visible we are still in need.

2. Being a vital part in the curb to seat radical hospitality approach which is Distinctively Woodland.

We also have many more community partners that come together for this special day. It’s a day that gives parents peace and kids hope!

What are spiritual gifts?
Spiritual gifts are the traits given to us by the Holy Spirit when we receive the gift of salvation.
In 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, it says,
In 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, it says,
"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills."

Volunteer Appreciation
Bradenton Marauders v.s. Fort Myers Mighty Mussels
Friday, May 15 at 6pm
Thank you so much for serving at Woodland Community Church. We are taking this time to honor all of our volunteers by inviting them to a Marauders Baseball game for a great outside night of food, friends and fun under the lights. Many volunteers attended last year and it was a fellowshipping highlight of the year. We will enjoy a ballpark meal of hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, and cookies on the outfield deck as well as VIP seating in the same space. Everyone can get up and move, visit, enjoy the time. Bus rides from the church are offered but not required.
If you have children you would like to attend they are more than welcome. There is a spot to buy additional tickets for $40 per person. Many people do take advantage of that. We are opening it up later to the congregation if space permits.
