Put the Rocks Back

Somewhere along the way, many Christians stopped viewing themselves as soldiers on a mission and started viewing themselves as tourists on vacation. We’ve become consumers instead of disciples, spectators instead of servants and comfort seekers instead of Kingdom builders. But the Church was never designed to be a place where believers escape the battle. It was designed to be a place where believers prepare for the battle.

The question isn’t whether we’re attending church.

The question is whether we’re engaged in the mission.
