It’s Fall, Y’all… everywhere but here! As a native Floridian, I shouldn’t be surprised by Florida’s fall weather or the lack of red, yellow, and orange in our trees. Yet every year, I long to experience fall the way other parts of the country do. This year, I decided enough is enough, and I am planning to travel up north to experience fall. I want to see the colors, wear a sweater without sweating, and drink a hot pumpkin spice latte! My longing to experience fall has finally turned into action. That longing got me thinking about our longing to experience God. We talk about God and even imagine what experiencing God could be like, but does our talk ever turn to action? Does our longing for God result in an intimate relationship with Him? A relationship where we sit at His feet as Mary did, or a relationship where we want more regardless of the cost, as Paul did? I know I want that type of relationship, and I want you to have that too!

How does Woodland operate? And how can you be part of Woodland? You'll walk away with a clear picture of our identity, our core beliefs, how our church functions day to day, and the practical path toward membership. Attendance is required for anyone pursuing membership at Woodland — so if you're ready to go deeper, this is where to start.

Every week, our worship team leads our church in worshipping our Lord and Savior, Jesus. If you play guitar, drums, bass, or keys, or you love to sing, there's a place for you in our band and choir. Halloween is one of the few nights each year when your neighbors walk right up to your front door. Treat Your Street equips your family to use that moment with purpose. No matter what the circumstances, grief is a painful, confusing process. A GriefShare group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. At this group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain support each step of the way.
