More Than This: Doing Ministry Like Jesus

What if the restlessness we feel in our faith lives is not a problem to be solved, but a calling to be answered? This message takes that longing seriously, exploring what it truly means to do ministry and live life the way Jesus did. Drawing from Ephesians 4:15-16, we are invited to see the church not as a collection of programs and events, but as a living body, each part functioning with purpose, connected to Jesus as the head. The central question is simple but searching: is what we are doing actually pointing people to Jesus? We explore three dimensions of ministry modeled by Christ himself, relational, personal, and intentional, and discover that each one demands something real from us. Relational ministry calls us to do life together, not just attend events. Personal ministry challenges us to know people deeply enough to meet their actual needs. And intentional ministry pushes us to act with purpose and urgency, knowing that life is short and the mission is urgent.
